Creek Club at I’ON 2027 Rental Rates
Rental rates are subject to change and include the use of the venue from 9am-10pm. Please call to verify. Also included are 200 dark Fruitwood Chiavari ballroom chairs for the use in the ballroom & on the porch, (18) 60” round tables for guest seating, (10) 48" round table, 10 cocktail tables, (7) 6’ rectangular tables for décor use, (2) 6' exquisite farm tables, (1) custom made bar. The Creek Club also provides set-up & breakdown of listed furniture and pre-event & post-event cleaning. An additional $600 includes the use of the lawn for your ceremony as well as the use, setup, and breakdown of 225 white padded garden chairs.

2028 RENTAL RATES
With its waterfront location and unforgettable views, the Creek Club at I'On is a picturesque venue with over 5,000 square feet of event space. Wide, beautiful porches and an open interior enable the Creek Club to accommodate 75 to 300-guest events. The spacious floor plan features tall oversized windows, high ceilings with exposed rafters, and twogrand fireplaces. The large lawn overlooking the creek and marsh is perfect for outdoor ceremonies or additional receptionspace with a breathtaking view. Beautifully landscaped with native foliage including live oaks, palms, and azaleas, thegrounds are a sight to behold year-round.
